The hotel location was great, close to the beach and shopping centers. I also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The food served at the hotel was not appetizing and it seemed like it had been reheated multiple times. The rooms were also not the cleanest and the decor was outdated.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. the room was cleaned regularly, and the location offered easy access to nearby attractions. we appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet.

The room was small but always clean, and the lady that cleaned it was very nice. the staff at reception was helpful and tried very hard to assist us. the croissants at breakfast were the only good thing. They were delicious. the ice cream dessert was disappointing, though. It was just a thin slice that you could buy at a local shop.
The dinner at the hotel was awful, very disappointing.

We had a great stay here! The room was small, but it was always cleaned and the cleaning lady was very nice. The staff at the reception was super helpful and tried their best to assist us. Paulo was especially friendly and made our experience enjoyable. We really appreciated the effort the staff put into making our stay comfortable.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
